COP10
(COnstitutive Photomorphogenesis 10) has been initially identified as a
negative regulator of photomorphogenesis in Arabidopsis. Interestingly, COP10
was revealed to be a novel ubiqutin-conjugating enzyme variant, which composed
of a complex, named COP10 complex. Here we show the biochemical purification
data of the COP10 complex.
